Match Registration

This page helps users quickly get started with the score management system - match registration feature.

Step 1: Create Match

Click Match Management, select Match Registration V2, click the Add button, and a basic information input form will pop up. Fill in the required information, click Confirm, and you can create a competition event. Create Match

Field Descriptions for New Match:

Match Field Explanations
  • Cover Image: The cover image that participants can see when registering
  • Match Name: Enter the name of the match
  • Time: The time when the match is created
  • Location: The province/city/district where the match is held
  • Detailed Address: The specific location name where the match is held
  • Remarks: Other information (optional)
  • Registration Start Time: The start time for registration (registration is not possible before this time)
  • Registration End Time: The end time for registration (registration is not possible after this time)
  • Related Attachments: Can be a designated registration template or required information form
  • Payment Channel: If not filled, default payment goes to Huichang Technology account. Also supports direct integration with customer's Alipay or WeChat (please contact customer service if needed)
  • Match Details: Can write specific competition matters

Step 2: Create Event

After confirming the match you created, click Event, enter the event creation interface, click Add, enter the event name you want to create in the popup box, click Confirm, and you can create a competition event.

Event refers to competition events like middle-distance race, short-distance race, etc. in orienteering/radio direction finding competitions. A match usually contains multiple events. Create Match Event

Step 3: Create Category

Create Category

Select the event you have created, click Category, enter the category interface, click Add, enter the required content in the popup box, click Confirm to create successfully.

Name: The category name in each competition event, such as M10, W10, etc.

Maximum Registration Count: The maximum number of people that can register for the category we created (currently including non-athlete count, such as coaches, team leaders, etc.).

Is Free: Whether registration for this category requires payment. If no payment is required, select No; if payment is required, select Yes, and enter the amount in the Price field (unit is fen, meaning if you want to charge 50 yuan per person, you need to enter 5000). Create Event Category

Note

For tutorial purposes to facilitate operation and user understanding, the input of number of people and amounts is only for reference. For actual matches, please proceed according to actual circumstances.

Create Category Registration Role

After creating the category, select the created category, click Role, enter the role creation interface, click Add, enter the required content in the popup box, click Confirm to create successfully.

Field Explanations

Role: After clicking the role dropdown, there are four roles (Coach, Team Leader, Athlete, Parent) to choose from. Only athletes are considered participants;

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age limit required to register for this category;

Maximum Age Requirement: The maximum age limit for registering in this category;

Minimum Number of Registrations: The minimum number of people required for this role in this event category;

Maximum Number of Registrations: The maximum number of people allowed for this role in this event category;

Competition Information File Selection: Choose whether it's needed based on the information the event requires athletes to provide;

Step 4: Publish Registration

After all information is created and filled in, return to the Match Management V2 homepage, find the match you created, click Take Down to switch it to Publish; click QR Code, select Match Details, and scan the registration code to enter the mini-program registration. Match Creation
