Location Tracking System Guide
This page helps users create location-based competitions and learn about the map overlay functionality.
Step 1: Create Location Competition
After entering the scoring software, click on the Competition section in the left menu bar, select New Competition, fill in the competition details, and complete the competition creation. Click the Open button to enter the competition.
Step 2: Athlete List
If you don't know how to export and set up the athlete list, please refer to Athlete List Guide.
2.1 Import List
Prepare an athlete list containing finger cards, click the Import List button to import the list. The system will display the number of successful and failed imports (if there are failures, please check if participant numbers are duplicated or if columns are missing).
2.2 Location Input
Pre-input Preparation
Please prepare the relevant hardware equipment: Main Station, Main Station Cable. Ensure the main station cable is properly connected to the main station (When properly connected to the main station, the main station will beep once and the red light in the lower left corner will flash).
For location input, click the main station button in the software to switch to Check-in Mode. After selecting the correct serial port, click the Status button to open. If the connection to the software is normal, the main station will beep once. If not, the serial port selection may be incorrect, please reselect. Click the Open Location Input Mode button, then point the finger card face towards the main station and make contact to activate the main station, which will record the location number.
Step 3: Data Upload
After location input, click the server in the upper right corner to switch to cloud results. Click the status to check in, then click login (this is the management backend account; if you don't have an account, please contact relevant personnel to apply), select v2, upload basic competition information, and it will show upload completion.
