Team Race Guide

This page helps users quickly and independently create team races. Through clear and concise steps and a straightforward operational process, users can easily set up events, groups, and routes, achieving efficient race management. This page can help you get started quickly and ensure the smooth running of the event.

First Step: Create Event

Enter the Chengtong software, click the left menu bar Event column, select New Event, fill in the event content, and complete the event creation. Click the Open button to enter the event. Create Event

Second Step: Athlete List

This module is mainly used to introduce the specific operations of filling in the athlete list, importing athletes, and entering athlete cards.

2.1 Export Template

Click the left menu bar Team column, select Export List, click the button, and export the team list template (do not delete the content in the table, otherwise the import list will fail). Export Template

2.2 Fill in the List

The athlete list must be filled in with participant number, group, name, team number, and team. Ensure that the participant number/team and team number do not appear repeatedly (the unit can be selected, the gender is not filled in, the system defaults to male).

2.3 Import List

Click the Import List button, and import the team list, the system will prompt the number of successful and failed imports (if there is a failure, please check whether the participant number/team and team number are repeated, and whether the column is missing). Import List

2.4 Enter Card

Before entering the card

Please prepare the relevant hardware equipment: Main Station, Main Station Line, please ensure that the main station line is connected to the main station normally (When the main station is connected normally, the main station will beep once, and the red light at the bottom left will flash).

When entering the card, switch to the Athlete column, click the main station button of the software, switch to Check-in Mode, select the correct serial port after selecting it, click the Status button to open, if the connection with the software is normal, the main station will beep once, if not, it may be because the serial port is selected incorrectly, please reselect. Click the Open Card Entry Mode button, then face the card towards the main station, and hit the main station with a contact, so you can enter the card number. Enter Card

Third Step: Route

3.1 Route

3.1.1 Create Route

Click the left menu bar Route column, click the Add Route drop-down box, click Add by Group, and the route for the group is created. Create Route

3.1.2 Set Points

In the Route interface, select the Add drop-down box, select Batch Add (Multiple Continuous Points), click the Confirm button, and the points are created (if the points are far apart, manually add one by one). Set Points

3.1.3 Edit Route

Edit the route for different groups according to the newly added points, and place the points in the route in the order of the actual competition route.

  1. The order of points cannot be reversed, and the route must be clicked after the route is set.

  2. Team race routes can be set to Mandatory Points and Free Points. Mandatory Points are points that all athletes must complete, and Free Points are points that athletes can choose freely, but Free Points must be completed (you can allocate the number of free points to be completed).

3.2 Channel

3.2.1 Match Route and Channel

In the Group & Channel interface, click the Quick Match Route button and the Quick Match Channel button, Quick Match Route matches the route with the same name according to the group name automatically, and Quick Match Channel matches or creates the channel with the same name according to the group name. 3.2.2 Edit Channel

Note

After clicking the Quick Match Route and Quick Match Channel buttons, please check whether the name, group, and channel match. If they do not match, manually edit and modify them.

Fourth Step: Real-Time Score

4.1 Prepare to Record

Hardware equipment: Main Station, Main Station Line, and Printer (must be turned on).

In the left menu bar, select the Competition Day column, click the Main Station button, select Score Entry, select the correct serial port, click the Status button to open, When the connection with the main station is normal, the main station will beep once, and the red light at the bottom left will flash, Printer connection successful, the printer will print and print with Printer Connection Successful prompt.

4.2 Score Entry

After the preparation is complete, wait for the athletes to complete the points, go to the Score Printing (Main Station Location), and the athletes will face the main station, hit the main station with a contact, so you can record the score. Score Entry

Fifth Step: No Return

In the Competition Day column, click No Return Athletes, you can view the athletes who have not returned. No Return Athletes

Sixth Step: Export Score

In the Post-Race Analysis column, select Score List, click the Export All Scores button, you can get the score details of all groups. Export Score
