04 Contact-Free Control Station

The HUIHCANG Contact-Free Control Station integrates dual-mode punching (contact and contact-free), supporting simultaneous operation in both modes. The Contact-Free HC-Card is also compatible with contact punching. The station's function can be changed by modifying its number with the Number Increment/Decrement Card, allowing instant switching between roles such as Clear, Start, Finish, Control Station, or Master Station for versatile, multi-purpose use. Its core contact-free technology offers a 30 cm sensing range and dynamically adapts to runner speed, enabling seamless automatic punches. It precisely writes the station code and millisecond-level time to the card. Equipped with a display, it shows real-time information including battery level, station number, and time for easy organizer management.

05 The HUICHANG Contact-Free Card

The HUICHANG Contact-Free Card is a professional punching device designed for orienteering competitions. It ensures reliable punching within a 0-30 cm range and provides immediate feedback to athletes through sound, light, and vibration upon successful contact. The card can store complete data for up to 180 stations.

06 Configuration Cards

The Configuration Card system provides an efficient and convenient integrated offline management solution for CF Stations.

Number Increment/Decrement Cards: Modify a station's ID wirelessly on-site, no computer connection required.

Time Calibration Card: Synchronize time for all stations within one second, eliminating the need for extra timing equipment.

Power On/Off Card: Directly controls the CF Station's power state.

Clear Card: Quickly erases all data stored within the station.

Start Command Card: Unifies the command for athlete departure.

Mode Card: Flexibly switches the Contact-Free work mode.

Print Card: Directly outputs information stored on the device.

This complete set of cards materializes and simplifies core control functions into one-touch operations, serving as the intelligent command center that ensures smooth event execution.

07 LED Start Clock

The LED Start Clock is a professional digital start clock designed for interval-start events, widely used in orienteering, skiing, cycling, and other sports. Its bright dual-line, 6-digit display clearly shows the official time and supports flexible setting of various start intervals from 30 seconds to 5 minutes via remote control. The intelligent alert system issues a preparation signal at 10 seconds before the start and provides a prominent countdown for the final 5 seconds, ensuring every athlete can begin precisely on time.

08 Contact-Free Finish Mat

The Contact-Free Finish Mat is a finish timing device designed for the contact-free card system, serving as a replacement for traditional finish stations. It automatically registers a precise punch when an athlete passes over it with a Contact-Free HC-Card. This multi-functional device can also be configured as a standard punching point by setting its code to a regular station number.

09 Data Relay Unit

The Data Relay Unit establishes a real-time data link to instantly synchronize punch information from athletes to a unified cloud display. It also supports remote wireless configuration of all CF Station parameters. Upon data arrival, the information is updated on the display interface within 10 seconds, enabling real-time ranking refresh after each control point is punched.

10 Portable Result Printer & Reader

This portable device is fully compatible with all HC-cards, quickly reading and printing full event results. It uses thermal printing in a compact body, with a built-in battery that fast-charges in 40 minutes and lasts over 10 hours. It holds 80mm large thermal paper rolls, printing 200-500 scorecards per roll.
